Any Hot Shot jobs / companies that provide a truck? At least temporarily?

I know you’re supposed to own your own, however am hoping to find an opportunity where one is at least temporarily provided. I’ve tried numerous searches and calls in the past and didn’t find any.

Say for several months or more so I can apply my saved wages to buying or leasing my own hot shot truck and trailer.

Does anyone have any place to refer that may help with that? I’m really hurting to get into that type of job, happy to drive serious hours. I have no family and no need to be…
