I’m hoping I can get some input from this forum in regards to DAC reporting.
Does the employer usually (or have to) wait to fill out a DAC report for a former driver after the former driver applies to a different company and said different company requests the DAC report?
Or does the employer usually (or have to) fill out the DAC report for the former driver in a timely manner after the driver has left the company, even if the former driver hasn’t applied to a new company…
Do former employers wait until you apply to other companies before they update your DAC report?
