I am at the tail end of my CDL training. Hope to be done and tested by end of next week. I’ve been with my employer for almost 18 years and they sent me to school for my CDL. I am still working in the warehouse but I ride along with one of our local drivers about once a week (local routes).
Almost every truck I see has “now hiring class A drivers” on the back. So if there is no driver shortage, why am I seeing this? Please explain. I’m ignorant here.
