Step 1: Roll on Paint stripper out of a bucket
Step 2: scrape off old paint with paint scraper
Step 3: Belt Sand rust with 80 grit
Step 4: Belt Sand rust with 120 grit
Step 5: Spot Grind old paint and rust
Step 6: Roll on primer with roller
Step 7: Roll on Paint with roller x2
