Anybody know if there is a time limit or something? Like the previous employer has to make remarks on a driver’s DAC within 30 or 90 days of that driver being quitting/being fired or something? Then if they miss that window they can no longer make remarks? or can they make remarks at any point in the future after you leave? Like even if it was a year or something after you leave? If anyone knows this, thank you.
