D13 engine mounts Eaton fuller

Hello guys, i plan to replace my rear engine mounts soon, i see that the ishift you can just lay wood under the transmission because it’s much lower and jack it up. What about the Eaton fuller it’s pretty high up compared to the ishift could i do the same thing and jack up the trans slightly? Or is is the best option remove the oil plan and thick piece of wood across the bottom? Thanks for your help
