Here’s some logic for you to ponder
If trucking is over regulated, yet also overly corrupt, then industries that have less regulation must have more corruption, yet we never hear of any other industries with as much corruption as trucking, yeah sometimes we see some news, like Enron or something, but over all it seems everyone else is pretty clean right?
So maybe regulation creates corruption?
