Your signup commissions and monthly salary payments: Your signup commission is paid after the payment clears pending status, usually 2 to 3 business days. Your monthly salary depends on how many active clients you have each month. All payments are issued after the client's payment has cleared. BUILDING YOUR SALES TEAM
Building your sales team: We have sales agents applying whose job is to generate leads to help you close sales. You'll receive a text whenever a new sales agent becomes available so you can build your team. If you know someone you'd like to add, you can invite them to apply. Sales agents earn a $100 signup bonus and $15 monthly for each client they bring in. They focus on lead generation while you, as Team Leader, are responsible for closing sales, interviewing agents, and maintaining communication. You are their main point of contact.
AUTHORITY HELP - BECOMING A COMMON CARRIER (OWNER OPERATOR)
A common carrier means becoming an independent trucking company with your own FMCSA Authority. Our team will help you complete all requirements, including FMCSA Authority and Clearinghouse registration. After setup, you'll move to the Drivers Dispatch App, where we help you get connected with major load boards and apply this training to your load booking strategy, so you start building net profits from day one. Some owner operators choose full independence, and if so, we'll support you through that transition as well. You'll remain in the Drivers Dispatch App, just operating independently if applicable.
